So this is me

I’m Emma. Thank you for stopping by my site. Let me take a moment to tell you a bit about my story and what I do.

I’m a Scottish photographer specialising in wedding, baby and family shoots. Using a relaxed, documentary style my aim is to capture those little moments that would otherwise be missed. The best part of a shoot is when I know I’ve caught something that will surprise my clients, bringing all the emotion of that moment flooding back. I love to see people being happy and give them photos that immortalise those special feelings! You can see a selection of my favourite photos here.

Photographer is not my only job - I’m a mum too. I live just outside of Glasgow with my husband Ross, a graphic designer,  and our beautiful daughter Mia. At the moment Mia is a glorious handful and constantly switches between being my greatest supporter and my harshest critic. Nothing keeps you grounded like a three year old telling you to stop being silly and put the camera down!

Juggling family as well as a busy photography career isn’t easy but life is meant to be an adventure. Everyday I wake up and do what I love most - I wouldn’t change it for the world.
